One Time Services with Warranty

These Services are for those that dont want regular service and just want a current issue to be handled by a Professional.

Carpenter Ant Service

$295

This service is for controlling Carpenter Ants in the Home, it Includes inspection, treatment and a Warranty that is good through the remainder of the year, Thats Right! not 60 Days like most Companies

Wasp/Hornet Service

$180

This service covers treating Visible Wasp nests in Bushes, Trees, or on Structures where the Paper Nest is Visible.

For Non-Visible Nests inside a Structure please add $85.00

For nests in the ground add $50 more

Flea Service

$330

This service includes up to 1000sq feet House or Apartment, including basements. If your Home is more that 1000sq feet please add $10 for each additional 100sq feet.

This service includes a follow up sevice to be done 3 weeks after first treatment.

If additional treatments are needed they be $70 each regardless of house size and no more than 1 month apart.

Bi-Monthly & Quarterly Integrity Members

Below will be pricing and what is included for Members who receive services every other month

First time Service and setup

325.00

This is for New members of the Integrity Family. We come out and Setup the Interior and Exterior of Home for Rodent control including interior Snap Traps, Bait Stations, Exterior Stations, Basic Exclusion to the Exterior and Insecticide treatment of the Exterior of Home and Interior if Necessary.

Bi-Monthly Service

$95

once the above Setup is completed we will automatically come out every other month to Maintain Bait Stations, to Reapply Inecticides as Needed, Removal of Dead Mice from Interior and replacement of Traps as needed. Any other Pest Control issues that are covered can be addressed at this time.

You do not need to be home for service.

Quarterly Service

$125.00

Same as Bi-Monthly But less frequent and does not offer Natural oil treatments as part of this service, Tick treatments can still be added and are done with Natural Oils.

Organic Tick Service as Add On to above members.

$60/Monthly *

This service is for Tick treatments for yards up to one Acre, Using only EcoFriendly Oils etc we can control Ticks in your Yard and help Keep your Kids and Pets safe from Ticks and the diseases they can transmit.

Service is from April to October

*$75 per month for Non-Members with a first time service of $150
